Mr. Pavan Chavali

Whole Time Director.

Mr. Pavan Chavali is a Senior Executive with verifiable year-after-year success achieving revenue, profit, and business growth objectives within turnaround, and rapid-change environments.

He has 17 years of extensive experience of building teams for Large Enterprise IT companies to niche technology service organizations, which require deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets and industries.

He has been highly successful in building relationships with upper-level decision makers, seizing control of critical problem areas, and delivering on customer commitments.

He is customer-focused and performance-driven and has in-depth experience in managing outsourced projects for large and diverse ecosystems.

He has proven leadership abilities in working with geographically diverse teams to project manage large scale global operations.

In his current role with Goldstone Technologies Ltd., he is responsible for the overall P&L delivery of the organization with focus on achieving multi-fold growth over the coming years.

True to his passion for building teams, Pavan has successfully established the Analytics segment in GTL, achieving the status of No.1 partner in India for Tableau Software (one of the leading BI software company).

Prior to Goldstone Technologies, Pavan has been associated with SAP, HP, GE and Dell. Pavan holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology.

Mr. KAMBHAMPATI SUBRAMANYA SARMA

He is a retired IAS officer. During his career he worked in various levels such as Joint Secretary, Special Secretary and Principal Secretary with Government of Andhra Pradesh before going on deputation to the Government of India. He worked in the Ministry of Information and Broad-casting and held addition charges of the Post of Director General, Doordarshan etc.

Mr. Deepankar Tiwari

Mr. Deepankar Tiwari has over 25 years of experience in Automotive & Mobility Space. Post acquiring his Engineering Degree in Material Science he spent over two decades with Tata Group leading the Passenger Car Business at Tata Motors & subsequently leading Tata Group’s Global Business Development & Policy narrative out of Tata Sons Chairman’s office. In 2017, he joined Uber Technologies as Head of Uber’s Asia Pacific Vehicle Solutions & Business Development leading their strategic engagements with Global Automotive entities Headquartered out of APAC. Currently Mr. Tiwari is an Investor, is Managing Director at Area9 Lyceum, which is engaged in building the future of learning through Artificial Intelligence induced Adaptive Learning, headquartered out of Copenhagen. Mr. Tiwari is also a Senior Business Partner with Zoomcar Inc, which is India’s largest personal mobility platform headquartered out of Bangalore.

Mr. Bernd Michael

Director Mr. Bernd Michael Perschke is a leading EV Investor and reputed EV Founder. Presently he is the CEO, Member of the Board, and Investor in Quantron AG – the next European Champion in Zero Emission Transportation Solution and strategic partner of Bollard Power (CAN). He was the Ex- CEO of NAD (New Automobile Development) Capital – Growth Holding with Focus on New Mobility Investments – Investor in Rimac Formula E and QEV Tech. Michael Perschke (CEO and member of the board of Quantron AG) is a sustainability pioneer and visionary for passenger & commercial vehicles with 20 years of experience in the global automotive industry. He has held various C-level and managing director roles, including central functions at Audi AG (including responsibility for the strategic sales launch of the Audi eTron brand), sales director for Mitsubishi in Europe and Mercedes-Benz in India, and the areas of finance, IT and organization for Mercedes-Benz in China. As the Founder-CEO of Automobili Pininfarina, Perschke successfully launched an emissions-free luxury car brand, gaining more than 8 years of electric vehicle experience in leading roles.

Mrs. Deepa Chandra

She holds a Post Graduate Degree in Science M.Sc and an M.Phil (Micro Biology). She has started her career as a Science Officer with All India Radio Bhopal and retired as an Additional Director General (Programmes) in Doordarshan (National Public Television) under aegis of Prasar Bharati, she had worked in various positions with All India Radio Bhopal, Doordarshan Kendra Mumbai, Delhi and Headquarters. She is Member of Prasar Bharati Recruitment Board. She has been invited as an expert to facilitate and evaluate documentaries commissioned by IGNCA, New Delhi. She has also held lectures on media for students in IGNCA, Public sector organizations like BHEL as a guest faculty to address their young Managers on management techniques. She has also a Guest faculty in various universities like Delhi Unversity, Jamia Millia Islamia University New Delhi, National Academy of Broadcasting and Multimedia, New Delhi.

Mr. PAUL SASHI KUMAR LAM

He is a Bachelors of Science and holds a BS (Business Administration) from Union University, USA. He has approximately 40 years of experience in various industries and business sectors handling a wide range of operations.

Mr. CLINTON TRAVIS CADDELL

He has rich experience in the field of Architecture and Design, Networking, Structures, Algorithms, Software Engineering, Data Base, Discrete Math and Object Oriented Programming.

Mr. Vithal VSSNK Popuri

Chief Financial Officer

Vithal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of professional experience in the field of finance and accounting with core competencies in establishing accounting systems, controls and financial reporting.

He has been involved in large scale projects in IT, Telecom and Manufacturing sectors.

He has played a key role in designing financial plans and winning global tenders.

He has also successfully worked in the US environment.

Vithal started his career as an Accounts Officer with M/s VTS Engineering (P) Ltd. and later joined M/S Online Media Solutions Ltd where he played a key role in winning a Telecom Project (Global Tender) for the organization.

Currently, Vithal manages finance and accounts of Goldstone Technologies including its subsidiary based in California, USA.

At Goldstone, Vithal is primarily responsible for establishment of AOP at entity level and continuous monitoring of the organization’s financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Mr. NIRALEE RASESH KOTDAWALA

Mrs. Niralee Rasesh Kotdawala is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with nearly 20 years of post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial matters, legal affairs, mergers & acquisition and Regulatory affairs & compliance functions with respect to SEBI guidelines and FEMA regulations.
